Nine Men

Simon, a bachelor, invents a fictional girlfriend to placate his mother, who is convinced he's gay. Teenager Martin wrestles with shyness as he prepares to confess his mad love to his English teacher. Olivier, giving in to his partner's wishes, delves into experiments meant to spice up their sex life. On the ground floor, osteopath Thomas, stuck ruminating on his painful divorce, is plagued by a bad back. Their narratives, along with those of the other men in the building, intertwine over a single day, revealing universal male anxieties and the often humorous, touching attempts to navigate them.
