The Bone Breakers

Vincenzo recruits desperate Palermo residents into his brutal scheme. His amateur criminal organization breaks the limbs of willing victims, stages fake accidents, and cashes in on the insurance payouts. Among those drawn into this violent economy is Luisa, a crack addict haunting the city streets. But when a series of mistakes gets Vincenzo shut out of the gang, his only remaining chance hinges on convincing Luisa to have her own bones shattered.
