Polly of the Storm Country

Polly Hopkins, a young woman from a family of squatters, navigates the harsh realities of Silent City. Her existence is defined by the simmering conflict with the wealthy "hilltoppers" who look down upon her community. Yet, Polly carries an uncommon creed instilled by her grandmother: to love everybody unconditionally. This radical compassion faces its ultimate trial when her brother-in-law is falsely imprisoned, a blatant injustice that threatens to ignite the long-standing class war.
