Albatross

Alex, a former pilot, now mans a remote weather station in Antarctica. His solitude is shattered by the arrival of a mysterious woman who claims to be the spirit of an albatross that died a century ago. Their strange dialogues about freedom and guilt intertwine with Alex's memories of a fateful flight. As the Antarctic winter tightens its grip, the line between reality and hallucination blurs. What matters more: atoning for the past or preserving one's sanity in the endless white? The film explores the limits of the human psyche in extreme conditions, where silence becomes the loudest sound.
