A provincial town becomes the stage for absurdity when a local official launches a 'Week of Good Deeds'. His well-intentioned initiative spirals into a series of ridiculous mandates—from mandatory cheerful desk duty at the town hall to forced reconciliations between feuding neighbors. As the entire community is compelled to participate, the enforcement of kindness reveals the town's true, hilariously flawed character. The more earnestly authority pushes for artificial virtue, the more authentically chaotic and human the residents become in their resistance and adaptation.
