Madhuram Jeevamruthabindu

Madhuram, a teacher in a remote Kerala village, watches his students leave for cities in search of education unavailable at home. His own daughter Amrita dreams of becoming a doctor, but the family cannot afford her studies. Rather than accept defeat, Madhuram embarks on a secret endeavor—foraging rare medicinal plants from the surrounding hills, hoping to sell them and gather the necessary funds. His quiet mission meets an unexpected obstacle when a large pharmaceutical corporation shows interest in the same land. Madhuram's dilemma takes center stage: preserve traditional knowledge for the community's benefit or leverage it for his family's salvation. The film examines the delicate balance between personal ambition and collective responsibility in modern India, where progress often clashes with heritage.
