A squatter friend asks for his help in negotiating with the land census bureau to regularize a land title. After a great deal of frustration with the government bureaucracy, he writes a letter to the cabinet minister, earning an audience with him. 🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The film constructs a satirical portrait of state machinery, relying on the contrast between the protagonist's naive honesty and the cynical world of officials. It explores the nature of bureaucracy, using comedic situations to expose its inherent absurdity.

What lingers after viewing is a smart, human comedy where laughter serves precise social analysis rather than mere entertainment. The protagonist's journey through the system without losing himself leaves a lasting, warm impression. — MovieFinder Editorial
