🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The film constructs a delicate coming-of-age metaphor, contrasting the industrial presence of the new power plant with a teenager's fragile inner world. It explores how family secrets and the weight of tradition shape identity, allowing reality and imagination to blur into one another.

What lingers after viewing is a poignant sense of a girl's first confrontation with the quiet injustices of the adult world and the painful birth of self-awareness. — MovieFinder Editorial
