🎬 MovieFinder's Take
The film constructs a sense of dread by contrasting idyllic Greek landscapes with an ancient, lurking evil. It explores themes of corruption and the fragility of human bonds when faced with supernatural temptation.
What lingers after viewing is a pervasive unease, a quiet horror that suggests the true threat was never fully vanquished. The finale leaves a chilling aftertaste of inevitable doom. — MovieFinder Editorial
