Four friends, desperate to score some weed in a dry town, make the fatal mistake of buying from the son of feared mobster Fredrico, who promises hellfire if any harm befalls his boy. A tragically absurd accident later, the quartet is on the run with a price on their heads. Their only hope lies in underground plastic surgery, a procedure requiring a five-hundred-mile road trip to a back-alley clinic. The journey becomes a frantic scramble to evade Fredrico's beautiful assassin, Venus, and other hired guns, all while their friendship and frayed nerves are tested in this chaotic dash for a new face.
