Ambitious property developer Zhang Jun launches a reckless scheme to build the city's tallest skyscraper, luring investors with promises of astronomical returns. His partner, cautious accountant Wang, doubts the project's feasibility, but the money train has already left the station. In a mad dash for hundreds of millions of yuan, the characters tumble through a whirlwind of absurd deals, ridiculous meetings, and comical misunderstandings, each scrambling for a slice of the financial pie until the entire house of cards begins to wobble.
