🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The film constructs a grim and detailed portrait of the prison microcosm, relying on semi-biographical source material. It explores the mechanics of corruption and survival without offering the viewer easy answers.

What lingers after viewing is a gritty, unglamorous drama where tension stems from everyday violence and moral compromise. It’s a sobering look into a closed world. — MovieFinder Editorial
