Crazy n' the City

Jaded cop Wan Cheung mechanically walks his beat through the chaotic streets of Wan Chai. His weary cynicism is upended by the arrival of a spirited new female partner, the optimistic rookie Lai Fong. Their daily grind is a parade of the absurd—petty thefts, domestic disputes, and the quiet desperation of city dwellers. Yet when a genuine serial predator emerges in their district and a local eccentric embarks on a personal transformation, these mismatched officers must confront not only a dangerous criminal but also the hidden purpose in their seemingly mundane duty, amidst the flickering neon and layered lives of Hong Kong.
