Pedro, a former circus acrobat left penniless on the streets, stumbles upon a peculiar establishment bearing the sign 'School for Vagabonds'. Under the tutelage of an eccentric director, a motley crew of homeless men learns unusual subjects: how to beg with flair, locate the best flophouses, and master the art of petty trickery.
