🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The film constructs a tense drama from a dark chapter of colonial history, relying on a clash between ideological fervor and human cost. It explores the mechanisms of cultural erasure and the tragic gap between intention and consequence.

What lingers after viewing is a profound sense of unease and the chilling precision of its historical critique. A sobering examination of power dressed as charity. — MovieFinder Editorial
