🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The film constructs a classic romantic tragedy against the backdrop of national division, exploring the conflict between personal affection and ideological duty. It relies on the tension between heart and principle to drive its narrative forward.

What lingers after the final frame is the quiet tragedy of individuals caught in history's machinery, where love and loyalty become casualties of war. — MovieFinder Editorial
