Noda and Koike, familiar faces from the world of antiques, find themselves drawn into an exquisite tea ceremony hosted by master Furuta Shigenari in the historic cities of Sakai and Kyoto. Their serene immersion in the ritual is disrupted by the arrival of a mysterious woman named Shino. Her presence stirs a vague unease in the duo, and beneath the ceremony's visible tranquility, a complex web of hidden motives and subtle connections begins to surface. The pair must decipher the true intentions of their new acquaintance, where every detail—from a gesture to a piece of utensils—could hold the key to the puzzle.
