Fran returns from vacation to a society that has abandoned the concept of everlasting love, where the company "Sign Here" dutifully assigns every citizen a new perfect partner every four years. Her orderly life, built around this mandated cycle, is disrupted when she meets Roque. Initially, a chasm of misunderstanding separates them, but a gradual, undeniable connection begins to form.
