🎬 MovieFinder's Take

A grotesque parable where the sacred and the profane trade places with the cynical nonchalance of a Neapolitan street show. The director blends biblical allusions, mob dealings, and folk farce into a cauldron of absurdity, from which rises the steam of humor black as tar.

What lingers after the viewing is a whirlwind of betrayals, resurrections, and criminal anecdotes, where every character is a puppet in the hands of blind chance or an all-powerful boss. The film feels like a carnival where saints carry guns and sinners perform miracles. — MovieFinder Editorial
