A lone, forgotten yogurt cup in the Senate fridge. A sudden, catastrophic grid failure plunges Washington D.C. into chaos, leaving a busload of clueless tourists and their exasperated guide stranded inside the Capitol building. As the power stays off, civility breaks down faster than a cheap suit.
