Paris in August

Parisian publisher Henri Flandrin finds himself alone in a deserted city during the August exodus, his family away on holiday. His solitary routine is gently disrupted by Patricia, a young Englishwoman posing as a professional model for a photo shoot. A light, ephemeral romance blossoms between the two strangers against a backdrop of empty boulevards, sleepy cafés, and shuttered shops. Their fleeting connection becomes a shared summer escape from loneliness, woven from unspoken understandings, aimless strolls, and the delicate pretense of their roles.
