🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The director constructs a drama from the contrast of two destinies, born under the same roof yet divided by class. It explores themes of hidden kinship and social inequality, relying on the classic 'switched children' trope but infusing it with human warmth and attention to the details of village life.

What lingers after the viewing is a chamber piece, emotionally rich, about friendship, secrets of the past, and the fragility of social divisions, where the true wealth is sincere affection, not a title. — MovieFinder Editorial
