🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The film constructs a rich mythological origin story for Santa Claus, relying on the imaginative universe of L. Frank Baum. It explores timeless themes of goodness, sacrifice, and the choice between immortality and mortal service through the lens of a magical fairy tale.

What lingers after viewing is a gentle, old-fashioned narrative with classic animation, where the great battle is fought not for power, but for children's smiles. A heartfelt reminder of where true magic resides. — MovieFinder Editorial
