A young elephant boy named Pao lives high above the clouds, dreaming of mastering the art of sky-cleaning. He trains daily under Uncle Saji, who uses special handkerchiefs to purify the heavens, yet Pao consistently fails. Crushed by his perceived uselessness, he withdraws into himself. Meanwhile, Baikinman launches his 'Baikin Circus,' and a new mecha called Amazing Elephant transforms into the polluting Dirty Elephant, threatening the town. Witnessing Anpanman's selfless courage in the face of this adversity forces Pao to confront his own doubts and discover a strength he never knew he had.
