In a small, run down motel in the middle of Nowhere, America, Mike, a commercial real estate broker with a hidden agenda, arrives in search of something far more valuable than this shambles of a property. Sam, the sexy young woman who owns the joint, does not have much else in the world and a guest is exciting.
