Yasuyuki Shimada, an utterly ordinary amateur filmmaker, stumbles upon an old camera and a peculiar mask. These artifacts grant him a bizarre power: the ability to rewind time by filming the God of Death itself, the entity that weaves all human destinies. Transformed from a hapless dreamer into an accidental hero, he wields the magic of celluloid to rewrite his own fate and save the girl he secretly adores.
