The Tenants Downstairs

A dilapidated apartment building where the paint peels in long, sad strips. The landlord has a master key and a habit of watching through hidden holes. Each tenant carries a secret, a perversion, or a crime, their private lives unfolding like grotesque theater for his solitary eye. But when voyeurism curdles into manipulation, the carefully observed narratives begin to twist and bleed into one another.
