They would come to his house, and he would kindly give them lethal "vaccinations" for their anticipated travel to Argentina. 🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The film constructs a chilling case study of monstrous deception, relying on Michel Serrault's terrifyingly calm performance as the titular doctor. It explores the banality of evil through a clinical, almost detached gaze at his horrific scheme.

What lingers after viewing is not graphic horror, but the profound unease of witnessing evil masquerading as salvation. The film leaves a residue of cold dread about the human capacity for cruelty. — MovieFinder Editorial
