Los héroes y el tiempo

2005 · 110 min Documentary

In the documentary about the Lecumberri prison (El palacio negro, 1976), which a few months later would be closed, Arturo Ripstein filmed, among many other things, the crunch of political prisoners. Today, almost 30 years after that filming, he meets again with those young men, guerrillas and militants of leftist organizations who have become mature men.

🎬 MovieFinder's Take

Los héroes y el tiempo is an acquired taste at 0.0/10. We recommend checking the trailer and synopsis before diving in.

Not every film is made for everyone. Read the synopsis, watch the trailer — you'll know right away if it's for you.

A 2005 film from an era before CGI overload, with real performances that still hit hard. Best for: genre fans and those open to something unconventional.
