The Blue Building Detectives face the ultimate case of their young careers: preventing the demolition of their beloved home. Pippo, Sol, and Bento sneak into a party hosted by the dreadful building manager, Dona Leocádia, who is revealed to be an actual witch. Before their eyes, a 'magical' crime unfolds, condemning the iconic Blue Building to emergency destruction. The trio must now race against time to unravel a web of enchantments, expose the supernatural sabotage, and find a legal loophole to save their headquarters.
