🎬 MovieFinder's Take

This historical adventure cleverly bridges family entertainment and a history lesson, framing complex religious strife through the personal quest of a young boy. The pacing and setting work together to create a tangible sense of peril and discovery in a divided city.

What lingers after the credits is the film's core message about the power of the printed word and the courage to think freely. It presents these weighty themes with clarity and heart, making them accessible for its target audience without oversimplification. — MovieFinder Editorial
