Hundsköpfe

A young man named Jan returns to his hometown after serving a prison sentence. His past, saturated with violence and crime, clings to him, while the present offers no prospects. He attempts to mend his relationship with his father, who is himself drowning in alcoholism and despair, and with the girlfriend who waited for him all those years. Yet every step forward is a struggle, as the weight of old mistakes and the moniker 'dog's head' pull him back into the dark pit of a marginal existence on society's fringes, where survival is the sole objective.
