🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The film constructs a poignant coming-of-age story that relies on the stark contrast between punk's rebellious ethos and the tranquil, restrictive rural setting. It explores the universal ache for identity and escape, where rebellion is a homemade hairstyle and borrowed records.

What lingers after the credits roll is not the noise, but the quiet realization of how we all once fought our small, personal wars against conformity. A bittersweet ode to the first sparks of self-discovery — MovieFinder Editorial
