🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The director constructs a narrative that balances teen comedy with an environmental message. He works with the familiar magical universe to explore themes of conservation and responsibility, relying on the charm of the established characters and the whimsical premise of a hidden mermaid colony.

What lingers after the credits is a sense of lighthearted optimism. It’s a gentle reminder that adventure and purpose can be found even on vacation, wrapped in a colorful, fantastical package. — MovieFinder Editorial
