High school outcast Takashi stumbles upon a cryptic online advertisement promising to rid the world of 'rats.' Drawn by a mix of curiosity and resentment, he makes contact with the shadowy organization 'Hamelin,' whose members possess the chilling ability to eliminate individuals deemed societal parasites. As Takashi is gradually seduced by their brutal philosophy, he finds a twisted justification for his own suffering and desire for retribution.
