Pao is a terrible lawyer who has never won a litigation. He is a righteous man but his unstable character brings him under disciplinary investigation, during which he meets a beautiful doctor, Cheng. Susan, an aerobics instructor, has had a deep passion for Pao for a long time and this makes Mao jealous and determined to go against him.
