Gopalakrishnan teeters on the brink of financial ruin. His sole escape route is to sell his city property, but it's stubbornly occupied by the spirited tenant Meera and her family, who refuse to vacate. Desperate, Gopalakrishnan exploits an obscure clause in the contract to move in himself, launching a campaign of domestic warfare to smoke out the defiant residents.
