🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The director constructs the narrative as a slow, near-documentary chronicle of physical labor, relying on minimal dialogue and exploring the texture of materials and the weariness of bodies through stark cinematography. The camera acts as a silent witness to the monotonous ritual of construction.

What lingers after the final brick is placed is a profound sense of material reality and a quiet question about the unseen walls we build ourselves. — MovieFinder Editorial
