Cabral, a sixty-year-old playwright, is married to Glorinha, an actress twenty years his junior. They have spent half of her life together, and now their union is suffocating under the weight of routine and mutual indifference. Daily life has become a series of small rituals and unspoken grievances. Against the backdrop of Cabral's creative crisis and Glorinha's professional ambitions, their relationship teeters on the edge. The film observes the couple as they attempt to find new meaning in an old partnership, confronting ghosts from the past and temptations of the present.
