The Cruise of the Jasper B

Good-natured Jerry Cleggert, a descendant of pirates, resides aboard the rickety ship Jasper B. He learns that to claim a vast inheritance, he must marry before his twenty-fifth birthday. Fate introduces him to his ideal bride, Agatha Fairhaven, and love sparks instantly. Yet his dastardly cousin, lawyer Reginald Maltravers, claims Agatha for himself. The courting couple embarks on a whirlwind of mishaps en route to the altar—waylaid by bandits, escaping a runaway taxi, and outrunning a mob of unscrupulous authorities in a madcap race against time.
