🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The film constructs an epic love saga across three timeframes and vast geographies. It relies on the tension between personal devotion and the grinding wheels of history, exploring how political upheavals fracture destinies and redefine loyalty.

What lingers after the final frame is the poignant beauty of endurance and the quiet tragedy of time lost. The emotional resonance comes from lives lived in the shadow of a promise. — MovieFinder Editorial
