A pedigree dog named Lucky, incredibly clever and charming, becomes the target of a bungled kidnapping plot. His abduction sets off a chaotic chain of misadventures across the city. A motley crew gives chase: the dog's eccentric owners, a pair of hopelessly incompetent thieves, and various bystanders caught in the crossfire. Their paths collide in a series of slapstick encounters and mistaken identities, creating a whirlwind of comedic chaos. At the center of it all is Lucky himself, who often seems smarter than the humans scrambling to claim him, leading everyone on a merry, unpredictable chase.
