🎬 MovieFinder's Take
The film constructs its narrative on a powerful contrast between the chaos of war and the intimate close-up of a soldier's face, mapping his internal struggle. It relies on a simple, visceral emotional arc to explore the weight of shame and the reclamation of honor.
What lingers after the final frame is a raw, elemental study of courage found not in fearlessness, but in defiance of one's own terror. — MovieFinder Editorial
