🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The film constructs its mythological narrative through the lens of childhood mischief, employing simple yet potent visual metaphors. It explores the familiar folkloric trope of the deity as a trickster, whose actions blur the line between the miraculous and the playful.

What lingers after viewing is a sense of cinema's primal power to conjure wonder from minimal means, where the divine feels intimately human. — MovieFinder Editorial
