🎬 MovieFinder's Take

The film unfolds as a quiet character study, contrasting the simplicity of coastal life with the corrosive allure of quick wealth. The pacing allows the moral decay to feel inevitable, yet deeply personal.

What lingers after the credits is a sense of poignant tragedy—the understanding that some paths, once taken, erase the person you were. It’s a sobering reflection on temptation and identity. — MovieFinder Editorial
