Need You To Need Me

Kevin (Tommy Pistol) has been looking after his roommate, Jamie (Jennifer White), while she's been too sick to work. Dedicating all his time to her has turned out to be something he truly cherishes, but perhaps he's grown slightly too attached to this new routine. Now that Jamie's feeling better, she's been looking for a new job to get her life and finances back on track, and this sets off alarm bells in Kevin's mind. The last thing he wants is for Jamie to lose her dependency on him. Amanda (Kenna James) is visiting an old friend, Lance (Pierce Paris), who is now a wealthy businessman. They have mostly drifted apart over the years, but occasionally get together for cake since they have the same birthday. Today is their 30th birthday, so Lance hints at a promise Amanda made. She doesn't remember, so he says he expressed feelings for her 10 years ago. She turned him down, but said that if they were both single at 30, they would marry.
