Il Vecchio Terribile

Giovanni, an elderly caretaker at a derelict Tuscan villa, discovers the previous owner's diary in the cellar. Its pages are filled with strange symbols and descriptions of nocturnal sounds supposedly emanating from an old well. With each word he reads, the boundary between reality and nightmare blurs. Giovanni begins to hear the same whispers and rustlings described by the diary's author.
