Danny DeVito once again tries to prove he's a real business strategist. This time he convinces the gang to build their own version of Philadelphia's famous arch using whatever materials they can find. Mac suggests old beer barrels, Dee plans to steal scaffolding, and Charlie insists rat fat makes the best adhesive. During the "construction," they realize none of them actually know what the real arch looks like.
