GAMBERRA

Akira returns to his hometown after ten years away. His father, owner of a small diner, is seriously ill, and the family business is on the verge of closure. Meeting his high school love Sakura, now working at a local bank, forces Akira to reconsider his priorities. He decides to save the restaurant, but to do so he must confront a large chain planning to buy out the entire neighborhood. The 2026 drama explores themes of family duty, nostalgia, and the choice between a career in the metropolis and provincial roots. The film shows how the past shapes the present, and how simple decisions sometimes require the greatest courage.
