Alex, a thirty-year-old programmer from Moscow, spends every Saturday the same way: checking notifications, scrolling feeds, and postponing tasks. His life is an endless cycle between work and passive leisure, until one day he decides to document his routine on camera. What begins as a personal experiment turns into an unexpectedly funny and poignant exploration of modern free time.
